Data Protection Policy
|
The UK Data Protection Act 1998 applies to ALL personal information – including your name and address details, or even just your e-mail address. At e-principles we take your rights very seriously, so this notice explains what we will do with any information you provide to us. First and foremost, we do NOT, under any circumstances, provide it to any third party. Secondly, we ensure that it is securely held (there is no link at all between this site and our database - your details will be immediately downloaded and removed from the site). Thirdly we do NOT randomly mail, phone or email you. If you have requested our newsletters you will receive these. If you have agreed to receive other information from e-principles, we will very occasionally send you other information about new services or other information that we believe you may be interested in. At any time you can request that we stop sending you information and at any time you may request a copy of your record on our database. You can also, of course, request that your data be removed from our system - although we very much hope that by not abusing your trust you will allow us to continue to communicate with you - after all, you never know when we just might be useful to you!
